NO REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
ON ALL OUR PRODUCTS DUE TO HYGIENE AND ENERGY WORK. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and respect for the unique nature of our products.

PROOF OF DELIVERY
Once tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order will be considered fulfilled. Any claims for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

RETURNS
We accept returns only for products with crafting defects or damage caused during shipping. To initiate a return, customers must inspect their order immediately upon receipt and provide three to five clear photos showing the condition of the item. Please send these photos via email within 48 hours of delivery to  hello@astralaltarproducts.com

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
If we do not receive notice of any issue within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photos, the product will be deemed accepted in good condition.

LOCAL PICKUP
For customers who choose local pickup, it is essential to thoroughly inspect your products before leaving the pickup location. Once you have left, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges, even if a defect or damage is discovered afterward.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when received — unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Please note that slight variations in color, texture, or the natural appearance of materials are not considered defects. These variations are part of the unique nature and craftsmanship of our products.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly. To start a return, email us at
hello@astralaltarproducts.com   Returns must be sent to an address we provide in Ancaster, Ontario, only after your return is approved. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is approved due to a verified defect or shipping damage, we may cover return shipping at our discretion. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

100% NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom or personalized products, including special orders, sale items, and gift cards, are final sale and 100% non-returnable.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
