Shipping Locations
We currently ship Canada-wide. International shipping will be available in the future.
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tracking Information
Whenever available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volumes. We will notify you if any significant delays arise.
Rural & Remote Areas
Deliveries may take longer in rural and remote areas of Canada, including but not limited to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.
P.O. Boxes & Mailbox Delivery
If your shipping address includes a P.O. box, delivery may be delayed. Some carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes and may require a physical street address. Delivery methods may vary depending on the carrier and location.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered to the address provided by you, Astral Altar Products is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to Astral Altar Products with clear photos so we can review and assist you.
